It’s Saturday. You have 12 showings with a buyer, and you want to give them a fantastic-looking presentation, but you don’t want to print 20 pages (if you don’t have to).
Cloud CMA creates a Buyer Tour Report in a PDF format. If you have an iPad, there is an app called pdf-notes. Download pdf-notes from the AppStore.
From Paragon, find the properties you want to use. From the MLS Spreadsheet, select the properties you want to use for the Buyer Tour by using the check boxes on the left. From the menu, click on “Actions”, then click on “ Cloud CMA Buyer Tour”. Then Cloud CMA will open with a new Buyer Tour. Name the report (usually for your client), the MLS #’s will already be in the report. Click “Fetch Listings”. Review the listings, and customize the report with colors and fonts of your choice. Then, publish the report. Once the report is created, click “View”, along the top a message will appear asking to “Open in…” Tap that, and open in Adobe Reader.
Adobe Reader will allow your client to add notes to the buyer tour as you go! You can then e-mail your client the report after the tour and by the time they get home, they can review the report. Allowing clients to be hands-on is a new way to interact with clients and it makes you look like an expert in the field… all the while using less paper.
