5 Ways to Customize Paragon
1.) Paragon Homepage Widgets:
Follow the directions below to arrange your homepage widgets for easy access to MLS data. Any section surrounding the homepage/newsletter is a widget that can be edited and moved around to your liking.
Each widget can also be customized to your liking. For example, the Market Monitor Widget displays 5 possible tabs: My Info, Market, Office, and Firm. By clicking on the customization tool, you can select filters to apply to the Market and Team sections (if applicable). You can filter by Class, Type, Area, and/or County.
You can also select which tab you would like to make the default tab for your Market Monitor, as well as the default number of days back you want the Market Monitor to display listings.
The Calendar widget can also be customized to notify you when you have listings due to expire, contact tasks (if scheduled), or any scheduled tours/open houses. Click here to watch helpful video on calendar widget.
2.) Customizing the Spreadsheet Report:
Follow the directions below to edit and customize your spreadsheet report view. The spreadsheet report view is the default report to display after running a search. You can also use this to export your results with certain criteria as well.
Simply run your search and when the results populate, you then have the ability to customize the report.
Click on the Reports button towards the right of the results, to verify the report you are currently viewing.
3.) User Preferences:
Paragon is designed to allow you to “customize” it, to better suit your business model and to expedite your results to your customers.
The User section of Preferences in Paragon lets you to add a photo of yourself, brokerage logo, and set some email preferences and shortcuts like automatically having emails BCC you so that you are always copied on Paragon emails sent to customers. Yet, you do not have to type your email again and again in the BCC on each email sent.
By updating these features in your preferences, they will carry over to any email communications you send out from Paragon, as well as Collaboration Center (formally Client Connect), ListTrac’s Single Property Website, and any feed that displays brokerage logos and headshots.
When you log into Paragon, click on the Preferences icon and select User.
The User Preferences folder allows you to manage all your profile/user preferences. From here, you can add/update your brokerage logo and photo of yourself (headshot).
- Under the Email folder, you can set up your preferences for any emails sent from Paragon. This allows you to add an email message body that you can use at your disposal, in addition to creating one or multiple email signatures, housed in Paragon, available to you whenever or however you choose.
4.) Customize Detailed and/or Quick Search Fields:
Your quick search widget (located on the homepage of Paragon) is limited to 15 fields, and the detailed search is unlimited.
To customize the quick search, simply click on the edit widget icon, in the top right corner. This will allow you to add, remove and rearrange desired fields.
To customize the detailed search, click the Search icon in Paragon, then select the class of your choosing. Once on the search page, locate the customize button towards the top of the page, then select fields.
Once you’ve selected the desired field(s), you can now rearrange the order by selecting the move up or move down options, in the middle of screen and hit apply in the top right corner.
5.) User Interface:
Paragon also gives you the ability to customize your theme, or "User Interface". New themes are always being added to the system, so the visual aspect is never boring.
When you log into Paragon, click on the Preferences icon and select System, under the preferences column.
Click on the User Interface folder to manage all your interface preferences. This will allow you to edit your display theme, font style, font size, and even font color!
