Three New MLSs on MiRealSource’s Paragon Platform

MiRealSource is taking a unique and effective approach to growing by building relationships with other MLS within the State of Michigan. Currently, MiRealSource vendors four MLSs on their custom version of Black Knight’s Paragon platform—giving the vendored MLSs their own board-level autonomy and control.

In 2018, MiRealSource will be growing with three more MLSs joining their Paragon platform. The new MLSs include the Midland Board of REALTORS®, Bay County Association of REALTORS® and Monroe County Association of REALTORS®.

MiRealSource began vendoring MLSs back in 2012  as a way to grow a larger geographic footprint, begin better data sharing operations and to help with standardizing the data for  use in new  innovative products.

The current MLSs vendored by MiRealSource include Lenawee County Board of REALTORS®, Down River Association of REALTORS®, Saginaw Board of REALTORS® and Greater Shiawassee Associations of REALTORS®.

“It’s important to understanding, this is not a merge or consolidation of other MLSs into MiRealSource but a data structure merge in one database. It’s strictly a vendored partnership through MiRealSource. The MLSs still maintain the control, rules and branding of their own Board/MLS. It simply allows for MLSs to work directly with MiRealSource to become RESO certified, receive ancillary tools agents need today, and  technical support for the agents. But most importantly it allows everyone to work together as a larger whole to cooperate to have great influence to meet agents’ needs as they evolve.”  Stated by Dave DeRees, CEO of MiRealSource.
